(See examples below to help you)<\/li><li>Try to narrow, focus, and prioritize goals first for the user. Then you can see how those user goals can also benefit the business and the brand in a variety of ways.\u00a0<\/li><li>You have most likely come up with a lot of features and functionality, but do they all support your business, brand, or user goals? Use your prioritized goals and user needs as a way to help filter the information so you can focus on the features and functionality that matter most.<\/li><li>Priority Pyramid:\u00a0Place goals into three quadrants of a pyramid based on level of importance.<ul><li>High at top, medium in the middle, and low at the bottom.<\/li><li>Place 20% of your goals in the high section, 30% in the middle, and 50% in the lowest.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Priority Matrix:\u00a0Create a matrix with two axes &#8211;<ul><li>most important and least important to company on one axis,<\/li><li>most important and least important to user on the other axis.<\/li><li>Place goals in the quadrants along the spectrum.\u00a0<\/li><li>Try and prioritize \u2013 not everything can be important.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to Turn In:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>List of at least 3-5 goals for each: User, Brand, and Business.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Priority Pyramid&nbsp;or&nbsp;Priority Matrix&nbsp;<\/strong>(choose one method to demonstrate the prioritization of your goals)&nbsp;<\/li><li>Format is up to you: Can turn in a clear photograph of your hands-on process, or a Google Doc, or link to Figma, Figjam or Invision Freehand board, or designed in Illustrator or Google Slides?
