Prepare Personas
- Understand product’s users with research and statistics.
- Condense research into patterns and themes.
- Organize findings into persona groups that represent your primary users.
- Distill those groups into characters/archetypes that embody your findings. Separate them into primary and secondary users.
- Develop background, motivations, and expectations for each.
- Avoid stereotyping and bias by basing your personas off of your interviews and online market research.
- Make these composites of multiple users, don’t base one persona directly off of one real person.
