TASK 8 – HOW MIGHT WE? More Info: How Might We Process, Tips, and Examples For this task you will be writing and clustering “how might we” questions to help you zero in on your approach. By reframing your discovered pain points and insights from all of your research as “How Might We” questions, you’ll set yourself up for an innovative solution. You want to turn insights, themes or problem areas from your research into opportunities or alternatives. Asking “How Might We” questions and grouping the answers should then lead to your prioritized goals in the next step. How to Turn In: TASK 9 – GOALS More Info: How to Develop and Prioritize Goals + Examples For this task you will be writing and prioritizing 3-5 goals each for the User, Brand, and Business. Your goals should arise from the “How Might We” process. You will try and answer those clustered and prioritized “How Might We’s” from the last step and translate those answers into goals. These solutions/goals ideally should stem from previous research you conducted as well. How to Turn In: TASK 10 – PRODUCT STATEMENT More Info: How to Write a Product Statement + Examples For this task you will be writing a product statement. In one sentence describe: What is your solution? Who is it for? and How are you meeting the goals that you set? How to Turn In: TASK 11 – SCENARIO(S)/USER TASK FLOW(S) More Info: How to Develop Scenarios and User Flows + Navigation + Examples Write brief scenario(s) that describe the user (your personas), their needs, and goals in relation to your solution. How is someone interacting with your solution? Create user task flow diagram(s) alongside each of your scenarios. The user task flow should help you understand each screen and action that is necessary for you to create in your next step. You are also making sure the flow is logical, easy to understand, and seamless. How to Turn In:
